We also use TeamViewer to communicate with our clients.  TeamViewer is a free program that allows you to share your computer screen with us, much like the computer support people.  This allows us to help you upload files to your secure file transfer portal, assist you with Quickbooks, assist you with MS Office programs such as Excel or Word, or assist you with any other programs you may wish us to help you with.  TeamViewer is secure and only allows us access to your computer with your permission.  You may download TeamViewer here.
